Account and use of the service
To purchase and use account features, you must identify yourself with a verified email address or Google. You are responsible for keeping control of your session and providing accurate information.
Access is personal and non-transferable. You must not interfere with the service, bypass access limits, use it unlawfully, or extract its content through automated processes outside the functions we provide.
We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect the service, its users or third parties, or to comply with a legal obligation.
Passes
We sell three one-time passes: 30 days for €9.95, 90 days for €14.90 and 365 days for €29.50. Applicable taxes are included in the displayed price. No pass is a subscription or renews automatically.
Each pass removes the mistake limit and gives the features shown on the pricing page from the moment payment is confirmed, for 30 days, 90 days or 365 days depending on the pass. If you buy a pass while your access is active, the new days start when the current ones end.
Forever
Forever is no longer sold. Forever access already bought or granted continues unchanged: it has no scheduled expiry and provides the features shown on the pricing page while Driving Time continues to provide the service. It is not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or indefinite continuation of the product.
Payment, tax, and delivery
Purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. For the payment transaction, Sold through Link, LLC acts as the merchant of record. Link collects payment, calculates and manages applicable taxes, issues payment documents, and supports the transaction. CARGOKULT SOCIEDAD LIMITADA provides Driving Time and handles questions about the product and access.
Your full card details are entered in the hosted payment environment and do not reach Driving Time's servers.
There is no physical delivery. A pass is activated on your account when the payment provider confirms payment. Some payment methods may take time to confirm. If payment is not confirmed, is cancelled, or fails, access is not granted. If payment is received but access cannot be applied, we will review the incident and coordinate the appropriate solution or refund.
Immediate access and withdrawal
Before payment, we separately ask you to request immediate performance of the digital content or service and acknowledge that, once performance begins, you may lose the 14-day right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.
That consent does not remove mandatory rights you may have for lack of conformity, defective performance, or other grounds provided by law.
Refunds and payment complaints
For a product or access issue, email support@drivingtime.pro and include the account email and payment reference. For a question about a charge, receipt, or refund, you can also use the Link support channel shown in the receipt or purchase confirmation.
Sold through Link, LLC may issue refunds in cases covered by its policy within 60 days after purchase, even if a product provider's policy is more restrictive. Making a request does not itself guarantee a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If a full refund is successfully completed, we will remove only the access provided by the refunded purchase: Forever access, or the days of access that purchase added. Access provided by any other purchase remains available. Partial refunds are reviewed case by case through support. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
Content quality and results
Driving Time supports study but does not guarantee that every explanation, translation, or AI-assisted answer is completely accurate. Check important information against the linked official sources and tell us if you find an error.
Using the service does not guarantee an exam place, an exam date, or a passing result.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms when the product, providers, or law changes. We will communicate changes that materially affect account use. Changes do not reduce rights already acquired through a purchase unless required by law or necessary for security.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in the user's place of residence. Consumers may bring claims before the courts and authorities available under those rules.
