Question 8065

The airbag is a safety feature that reinforces the effectiveness...

  1. of the head restraint.
  2. of the ABS.
  3. of the seat belt.
Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: of the seat belt.

Of the seat belt. The seat belt slows your body down, and the airbag cushions the final stage of the impact and prevents you from hitting the steering wheel. Together, they provide more protection than either one alone. In the picture, the driver is wearing a seat belt and his face is resting against the airbag.
