Question 8062
When choosing a protective helmet, is it important that it have a ventilation system?
- Yes.
- No.
- In summer yes, in winter it makes no difference.
Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: Yes.
Yes, in any season. Ventilation removes heat and moisture, so you sweat less and the visor doesn’t fog up. In cold or rainy weather, as in the picture, a fogged-up visor would reduce your visibility.
