Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: pay special attention to pedestrians who are walking while talking on a cell phone.
Pedestrians talking on or looking at their cell phones, like the woman in the image who is using the crosswalk while looking at her screen, may be distracted and cross without looking or stop suddenly. Pay special attention to them.
