  1. At night and in bad weather.
  2. On roads with insufficient lighting.
  3. During the day and in good weather.
Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: During the day and in good weather.

Fatal crashes in which pedestrians are struck happen more often during the day and in good weather, when more people are walking along streets and roads. In 2024, of 288 crashes in which at least one pedestrian was killed, 139 happened in daylight with clear skies, more than with any other combination of light and weather conditions.
