Question 7554

What determines when a driver's license expires?

  1. Points.
  2. Both time and points.
  3. Time.
Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: Time.

Time. Every license has a validity period and expires on the day that period ends, such as July 31, 2031, shown on the license in the image. Losing all your points also means losing your license, but that is a loss of validity declared by the traffic authority, not expiration.
