Correct answer: In two years.

In 2 years. A van of less than 3,500 kg has an ITV inspection every 2 years while it is between 2 and 6 years old. If it had one when it turned 4, the next is due at 6. After that, inspections are annual and, when it is over 10 years old, every 6 months.
