Question 7533

If you lose your driver's license, what must you do?

  1. Request a duplicate from the Provincial or Local Traffic Office.
  2. Take the aptitude tests and pass the theoretical and practical exams.
  3. Nothing, if I have a photocopy of it.
Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: Request a duplicate from the Provincial or Local Traffic Office.

You must request a duplicate at a Provincial or Local Traffic Office. Losing the card does not take away your license, so you do not have to take the tests again. An ordinary photocopy is not a substitute.
