  1. Blind spot danger warning to alert heavy vehicles.
  2. Caution for motorcycles parked on the sidewalk.
  3. Blind spot danger warning to alert vulnerable users.

Correct answer: Blind spot danger warning to alert vulnerable users.

The blind spot warning sign on the side of the van alerts vulnerable road users, like the cyclist in the image, to areas alongside the vehicle that its driver cannot see. It is not intended to warn truck drivers.
