  1. A special vehicle, and the light indicates its position on the road.
  2. A vehicle wider than 2.55 meters.
  3. A special vehicle traveling in an emergency situation.
Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: A special vehicle, and the light indicates its position on the road.

The street sweeper in the image is a special vehicle. Its yellow V-2 light indicates its location while it works on the road, either stopped or traveling at no more than 40 km/h. It does not indicate an emergency, which is signaled with a blue light, or a width of more than 2.55 meters.
