Question 7066
The authority responsible for this road has set the maximum speed for certain vehicles at 100 km/h. What is the maximum speed at which a motor vehicle towing a trailer may travel?
- 90 km/h.
- 80 km/h.
- 100 km/h.
Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: 80 km/h.
The 100 sign applies to passenger cars, motorcycles, and motorhomes up to 3,500 kg without trailers. A motor vehicle (automóvil) towing a trailer keeps its conventional-road limit of 80 km/h, even if the directions are physically separated.
