Question 6848
What does the sign indicate?
- A stretch of road with fog is ahead.
- When there is fog, it is prohibited to exceed the speed shown on the sign.
- You are approaching a stretch affected by fog. It is prohibited to exceed the speed shown on the sign inside a tunnel.
Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: When there is fog, it is prohibited to exceed the speed shown on the sign.
The fog panel below the 40 speed limit indicates that this limit applies when there is fog. In fog, as shown in the image, you must not exceed 40 km/h. The panel does not announce a foggy stretch of road and has nothing to do with a tunnel.
