This signage recommends driving at a speed not exceeding 70 kilometers per hour...

  1. only when it is raining.
  2. in any case.
  3. only when weather and environmental conditions are favorable.
Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: only when it is raining.

The rain panel below the blue square with 70 limits that recommendation to when it is raining. When it rains, you should not exceed 70 km/h; otherwise, the sign does not apply.
