Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: Stop and wait until the traffic lights allow you to proceed.
If the traffic light at the tunnel entrance does not allow you to proceed, you must not enter. You must stop before the entrance and wait for it to change. In the image, both traffic lights at the entrance are red.
