Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: recommended, provided that conditions are favorable.

The sign, with “70–90” in a blue rectangle, recommends keeping your speed between 70 and 90 km/h when weather, road and traffic conditions are favorable. It is advice, not a requirement. If conditions worsen, slow down.
