At a change in road grade, is stopping and parking prohibited?

- Stopping is not prohibited, but parking is.
- Yes.
Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: No, except at those with reduced visibility.
Stopping and parking at a change in road grade are prohibited when visibility is reduced, like the one in the image, where the road disappears beyond the crest. With good visibility, the change in road grade alone does not prohibit stopping or parking.
