Correct answer: Trucks over 3,500 kg MMA.

The red truck next to the black car () prohibits trucks over 3,500 kg MMA from passing. They must not pass any motor vehicle, even if another lane in their direction is clear, as on the two-lane road in the image. Passenger cars, buses, and trucks of 3,500 kg or less are not affected.
