Question 5940
On this road, is it allowed to exceed the general maximum speed limit in order to pass?
- No.
- Yes, by 20 km/h.
- Yes, up to 140 km/h.
Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: No.
No. The signs in the image indicate a freeway, where no one may exceed their speed limit to pass. In a passenger car, your maximum speed when passing is still 120 km/h, so you must not reach 140 either.
