Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: passing through without stopping is prohibited.
The horizontal black bar in a red-bordered circle () prohibits passing through without stopping. In the image, it is at the toll booth, so you must stop, pay or collect a ticket, and then continue. It does not warn of dead-end streets or changes in road grade.
