Question 5886
You should know that the emergency services number...
- is a reduced-rate service and mobile phone coverage is needed to access it.
- is free in some autonomous communities and paid in others.
- is free and, in some cases, can be accessed without mobile phone coverage.
Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: is free and, in some cases, can be accessed without mobile phone coverage.
Calling 112 is free in every autonomous community, not a reduced-rate service. If your carrier has no coverage where you are, the call can go through another carrier's network that does. If no carrier has coverage, you cannot make the call.
