Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: Shared-use vehicles.

This is the V-26 sticker, which is blue and shows a car surrounded by people. It identifies vehicles registered for shared use, which are rented without a driver and requested through a mobile app. Electric vehicles have a different blue badge, the zero emissions environmental badge.
