Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: No, because it can start a fire or put other road users in danger.
No, neither in the city nor on roads outside it. Throwing any object that could start a fire onto the road or the surrounding area is prohibited, and a cigarette butt can do that. It is a very serious violation that costs you 6 points.
