Question 5190
This sign, on a lane entering a toll plaza, requires those traveling in it to...
- pay using the electronic toll collection system or other means.
- use it, even if the vehicle is not equipped with a working electronic toll collection system.
- pay exclusively through the dynamic toll or electronic toll collection system.
Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: pay exclusively through the dynamic toll or electronic toll collection system.
The blue electronic toll collection sign () reserves the lane for vehicles with working electronic toll equipment. If you enter this lane, you may pay only through electronic or dynamic toll collection, with no cash or card payments. Without working equipment, you must not use the lane and must choose another one.
