Question 515
What does a traffic signal with a flashing vertical white bar mean?
- Detention.
- Proceed with caution.
- Proceed.
Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: Detention.
The flashing vertical white bar requires you to stop, just like a steady yellow light. You may continue only if, when it comes on, you can no longer stop safely.
