Question 4515
The following are prohibited from driving on freeways (autopistas):
- vehicles carrying dangerous goods.
- vehicles towing a trailer.
- vehicles unable to reach 60 km/h on level ground.
Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: vehicles unable to reach 60 km/h on level ground.
On a freeway, motor vehicles have a minimum speed of 60 km/h, so vehicles that cannot reach that speed on level ground are not allowed, except for certain special vehicles. Towing a trailer or carrying dangerous goods does not prevent a vehicle from using a freeway.
