Question 4492

What does this sign prohibit?

  1. Parking for passenger cars and motorcycles.
  2. Entry for motor vehicles.
  3. Entry for all types of vehicles.
Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: Entry for motor vehicles.

This sign, with a passenger car above a motorcycle (), prohibits entry to all motor vehicles, whether passenger cars, motorcycles, trucks, or buses. Mopeds and bicycles are not motor vehicles and may enter. It says nothing about parking, and a different sign prohibits entry to all types of vehicles.
