Question 4462
On the roadway at whose entrance this sign is posted, which vehicles are required to drive?
- Only trucks.
- All types of trucks and vans, regardless of their mass.
- Only vans and heavy trucks.
Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: All types of trucks and vans, regardless of their mass.
The blue sign with a truck () requires all types of trucks, truck tractors, cargo vans, and vans to use that roadway, regardless of their mass. In the image, a van and a truck are taking the branch to the right. If the sign or a supplementary panel showed a figure in metric tons, the requirement would apply only to those with a maximum authorized mass above that figure.
