Question 4356

What does this sign indicate?

  1. It prohibits entry only to trucks over 3,500 kg MMA.
  2. Entry is prohibited to vehicles used to transport goods.
  3. Entry is prohibited to trucks only.
Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: Entry is prohibited to vehicles used to transport goods.

Although the symbol shows a truck, prohibits entry to all goods vehicles: trucks, truck tractors, cargo vans, and vans. It applies to all of them, regardless of their mass. If the prohibition depended on maximum authorized mass, the sign would show a figure in metric tons.
