Question 4104
These signs on a conventional road (carretera convencional) indicate an immediate exit to...
- another conventional road (carretera convencional).
- a freeway (autopista) or a high-capacity divided highway (autovía).
- the indicated town.
Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: another conventional road (carretera convencional).
In the image, the “SAN CLEMENTE” sign, with the diagonal arrow, is at the exit, while the “LA RODA ALBACETE” sign, with the upward arrow, indicates the direction for through traffic. Immediate exit signs use the color of the road they lead to. White with black lettering means a conventional or multilane road (carretera convencional o multicarril); for a freeway (autopista) or high-capacity divided highway (autovía), the sign would be blue.
