Question 4028
Passing is prohibited...
- at all intersections, even if signage permits it.
- in roundabouts.
- at intersections with bicycle paths.
Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: at intersections with bicycle paths.
You must not pass at or near an intersection with a bicycle path because the vehicle you are passing can block your view of a cyclist crossing, like the one in the image. You may pass in a roundabout.
