Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: No, not even in its vicinity.
No, neither on the crosswalk nor near it. Passing is prohibited at a marked crosswalk and near it, and where passing is prohibited, you must not make a U-turn either, unless a sign expressly authorizes it.
