Correct answer: Yes, provided the cargo is suitable for the vehicle's characteristics, does not compromise its stability and, where applicable, is properly marked.
A roof rack is not reserved exclusively for luggage. It may carry other cargo if it is suitable for the passenger car, properly positioned and secured, does not compromise the car's stability, and has any required warning markings.
