Question 2482
When can you exceed the maximum permitted speed by 20 km/h to pass another vehicle?
- Never, on any road.
- Always, on conventional roads (carreteras convencionales).
- On freeways and high-capacity divided highways (autovías).
Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: Never, on any road.
Passing does not allow you to exceed the maximum speed by 20 km/h. That margin was eliminated, and the limit must also be observed during the maneuver.
